The knife that Lawrence sprinkled with [Blood Paralysis] started to have its use.

It seems in this chamber, Jason wasn't immortal. Lawrence noticed the ugly paralysis poison slowly spreading in Jason's knees.

Even though Jason's current state is impossible beyond explanation, there's no doubt that he is dying - the lump of joined flesh is crumbling.

Lawrence smirked and used his blade to have another cut. It was at this moment that Lawrence's explosive power has been fully displayed.
