Inspired by chivalry and duels of honor, Western Fencing is a sword art that involves precision and skill. One-handed swords, such as the long sword or the rapier, require dexterity and lightness in movement, while two-handed swords, such as the long sword or the montane, demand strength and complete mastery of the body. Depending on which type of sword you choose to use, Western fencing changes completely.
