Morgana being the Empress of Salem, is just one stage away from being primordial and also more notably the mother witch, she has so many spells and techniques at her disposal. She could use some so rushing to her daughters wouldn't take a minute. 

With a single teleportation spell chant, she was already in the room her daughter was in! As of now, her protection spell could resist the force behind the sword aura and intent but that wouldn't be for too long too. 

"Layla and young Eleanor what are you doing this is too dangerous," shouted at them. At the stretch they were at she couldn't go there or else she would be cut in pieces. But the little girls had nothing on them, the sword intent wasn't hurting them.

"You can see that it's doing nothing to us. If we move from where we are you can all say goodbye to your academy!" Eleanor let Layla explain to her mother.
