It was finally the day of the banquet, Reqiel had been able to return to the city square once more so he was able to get his new outfit and was now in the middle of an argument with Sarell about it.

"I want to wear this for the banquet, you said it looked nice." He said seriously, holding up the sea green outfit.

Sarell didn't make an effort to hide his disapproval, "It is nice and it's fine for an evening walk but certainly not for a banquet in your honor."

"I don't see the difference between this and that," He said doggedly, referring to the outfit that Sarell wanted him to wear instead.

It was a deep gold and it seemed to catch sunlight and hold it but he wasn't saying that to be irritating, he genuinely didn't see the difference. If you asked him which he preferred, he would choose the seafoam colored clothes over the gold.
