Capítulo 243: The Restless King

"Good morning, Your Majesty. You don't look well," Arielle greeted Ronan while cradling Sartaq in her arms.

Ronan smiled warmly as he beheld the sight before him. It had been a long time since he had seen his wife holding a baby. Remembering that Arielle couldn't fully care for Hope and Grace since they were tiny babies left a pang of guilt coursing through him.

His wife's devastated condition due to the loss of their first daughter caused Arielle to take a complete break. She even had difficulty getting up from bed. However, now that their daughter had returned, his wife looked much livelier. Ronan would always fall in love again every time he saw his wife's gentle smile.

A maid soon arrived with tea and snacks, and Arielle sat on a chair in front of her husband's desk, thanking the maid for her service.
