"Oh… but…" Isabelle turned to Maximillian who had disappeared into the room. She frowned deeply, feeling strange about it.

How could a majestic dragon touch a human like that? Back when she tried to introduce herself, Maximilian threw a disgusted look, and did not want to shake hands with her.

Even after several years had passed, Maximillian still detested her existence because she was a human.

Not wanting to delve deeper, Isabelle then invited Luca to go to the inn.

Meanwhile, Maximilian put Edna's body on the bed. The girl's arms were still wrapped so tightly around his neck that he had to let them go forcefully.

Suddenly, his head felt dizzy. The sweet scent from earlier still enveloped him, and it made him a little drunk. This sensation was the same as when Maximillian tasted his servant's blood.
