Capítulo 119: Making enemies (1)

During the day, Kane didn't find any signs of villages and towns nearby, he didn't find any roads either. While he still had some time before he could reach that city, probably, he decided to do some investigation when the sun set.

"I didn't find any signs of the enemies looking for me, and I put some distance between us, so I guess it will be fine," Kane thought. "Famous last words."

Once again, Kane left the forest and began to move West, searching for any signs of civilization. That night, the sky was quite cloudy, so the visibility was bad… Kane didn't find any signs of roads. Still, he kept going for two hours just like before. He insisted once more and ran for one hour, but he didn't get any luck this time.

"You win some and you lose some…" Kane thought. "I didn't cross a great distance during the day, so I guess it makes sense… people wouldn't build towns and villages one day away from each other for no good reason."
