Capítulo 19: The Fall of a Village
"..." Naruto was a kid, but he was a kid who knew how to read the looks in people's eyes, All his life he had seen many looks, many of them being disgust, fear, dislike, hatred, and many other hostile looks thrown his way. but he also saw looks of care, love, joy, and other positive looks given to their loved ones.
So, if anyone. you can trust Naruto when he says he was looking at someone of pure evil, and the look he gave me at that moment said it all. my once red pupils had a mix of good and evil, always a subconscious battle of right and wrong, but that battle was over and right lost.
"What is it, son?" I asked calmly, making Naruto open his mouth only to close it the next moment while shaking his head. turning to the side, Naruto looked at Kushina... Kushina had told him everything, and honestly, he held complex feelings about all of this... both of his parents were bad people, but he wanted to see if he could make this work. could he have a real family?
"Can you two at least try and make up?" Naruto asked softly, stunning me who looked at him with a weird look for a moment, but I sighed and nodded at him. which stunned Naruto and Kushina.
"Anything for my son," I said with a smile, stunning and moving Naruto. After I defeated my evil self, I was perfect inside and out. So, since I'm the righteous and good person I was, I would of course do good and righteous things.
So looking at Kuhsina, I made a handseal. and slowly, the lines all over her body began to burn away, Those lines were there because she was a reanimated shinobi, and as they disappeared it meant that she came back to life. easy work for someone like me and the countless amount of Jutsu I created. bringing people back from the dead was something I created just in case I wanted to bring Mito back to life mock her, and have her see that everything she created was gone. But I was a good person, so such things were something I wouldn't do...
but because Kushina was back to life, she had lost my chakra. but it was no big deal, as she was a monster in her own right, capable of defeating even Minato. That was not because of me, although training with me made her more of a monster, there was a reason Minato washed the dishes even when he was Hokage.
Kushina that night, was greatly weakened after giving birth, and when she regained bits of energy, all she could do was stop me. thats right, a bit of her energy was enough to stop me in my night tail form. and thats with her slowly dying from having me removed from her. she was a monster. at her peak, I honestly believed she could have taken on Madara with the rinnegan and even hold her own against someone like Hashirama. Of course, this would be all thanks to her training with me
"Naruto, can you give me and your mother time to speak?" I asked calmly, causing the stunned Naruto who was in just of his mother to come back to life. but in the end, he nodded and left, leaving me with Kushina.
"My son wants a healthy family. so, I will forget the past and start things new and fresh." I said calmly, stunning Kushina who looked in shock. She looked down for a moment, lost in her thoughts before she nodded.
"Now let's go support on son in his mission to change the world," I said with a smile, to which Kushina just nodded without saying anything. She was not on board with the dream, but she wanted to be with her son. so they did just that, and like that, a few days went by.
"Damn it, I lost I gain." Isobu the 3rd tail said with a pout while looking at the chess board, he gave me puppy eyes, but I ignored him as I took my reward. a can of soda, which made Isobu's head drop.
"Is it wise to let them drink just that all the time? They would not stop unless you stop them." Gyuki said with a frown seeing how Isobu was almost in tears seeing me take the soda
"You worry too much, We are not humans. we are higher lifeforms, those humans are the ones who need to watch what we eat. us on the other hand have no worries about such things." I said lazily, making everyone nod in agreement, leaving Gyuki helpless. after many of them gained the ability to walk the world in an avatar form, they had of course enjoyed it. eating food, gambling, and doing so many things. to say the least, many of them fell in love with unhealthy foods.
"Whose next? I'm putting two cans of Soda up, winner takes all." I said with a smirk, to which Chomei, the 7 tails stepped forward to take my offer. the 7 tails took the form of a green-haired woman with bug-like wings behind her, which she could summon and take back as she wished
"I don't of any soda to offer... instead, I offer my body. I'm too lucky to lose today." She said with a smirk, and for a moment everyone went quiet as a blinking look filled their eyes. Chomel was a cheerful, happy-go-lucky tail beast. oddly among all of the tail beasts, it was the luckest out of all of them. its host and it were close friends, their personalities just matched.
"What?" I asked with confusion on my face, Chomel laughed slightly seeing the look on my face, before she pointed at herself.
"I been thinking, since you could have a child, could we also have a child as well? I will admit, I'm envious of you. If I could have such a son, I would be also grateful." She said with a nod, I was speechless for some time before shaking my head.
"In other words, be it you lose or win, you would win. do you think I'm a fool? cough something up or hold your birth." I said with a sneer, making Chomel pout slightly, but just as she was about to take something out, she stopped as she saw someone appearing.
they were outdoors next to a waterfall. being higher lifeforms, why should they lower themselves to have houses? houses were for those who feared nature, they had no such fears
"... the whole gang is here. well, I came to tell you I amount to go to war. I got a list of everyone who is on our kill list. All thats needed is to use the chaos of war to kill them." Naruto said calmly while looking at all of the tail beasts who were gathered at one spot, just lazying around.
"Alright, we tail beast would not take part in any of this just so you know," I said calmly, to which Naruto nodded as he agreed with this. He gave me a letter that had information on those he would kill before he disappeared as he was just a shadow clone. I didn't care for the latter, so I just gave it to Gyuki.
Gyuki frowned almost instantly seeing the first name on the list, A. A was a man who was... greedy for power, he had his reasons as he wanted to ensure his village was strong, but this led to many times where war almost broke out. one time, he almost kidnapped a little girl from the village in the hidden in the leaf, sure he didn't do it personally, he had his people do it. he was a ruthless person whom Naruto saw to be the root cause of the hatred spreading throughout this world.
there were others, Danzo from the Hidden Leaf, Orochimaru, and the list just went on. and if those listed here were to die, it would push the world to group with the hidden leaf. He nodded slightly, before passing the paper down to the others, who were also stunned as they knew a few people on the list, but they didn't care much as they all knew these people were better off dying.
So, war broke out. Naruto with his army of Zetsu first launched a surprise attack on the village hidden in the stone. the Kage of this village was an old man who was on the list along with a few others. the Kage seeing his village about to fall, had everyone fall back while he stood back to hold off Naruto and his people.
This Kage was called Onoki, an old man with a kekkei tōta. what was a Kekkei Total? well, a Kekki Genkai was a natural transformation which was the fusion of 2 elements, such as Lava release, Ice release, and so on. A Kekkei Tota was a combination of 3 elements.
Onoki was the only person alive with a Kekkei Tota, and he was called dust release. Dust Release is a combination of earth, wind, and fire. To perform Dust Release, users form a small three-dimensional object out of chakra in their hands. The object expands once released by the user and moves astonishingly fast at its target. anything that passes through it is disintegrated on a molecular level.
Because of the sheer destructiveness of Dust Release, its users are usually unmatched in a fight and they can easily fend off countless enemies. For this reason, the best way to combat one Dust Release user is with a second Dust Release user. but sadly, no one was alive to do such things... but the 9 tails.
Naruto although he couldn't use Dust release, he simply overpowered the jutsu. By now, Naruto had the blood of a Senju, and Uchiha flowing through his blood, and the blood was already fusing as if returning to its original state.
Naruto's eyes have been burning for the past for days as they have been evolving, his body, and mind have been growing stronger with every passing day. the amount of power Naruto had the call amount was far too great for even those with Dust release to disintegrate... least, Onoki couldn't with his current power and old age. plus, Pain was with him, and Pain simply helped by absorbing all chakra-based jutsu launched at him
Naruto killed him but at the cost of losing more than half of his Zetsu army. but he chose to take out Onoki for a reason, he didn't want the villages to unite, at that point, Onoki would have become a pain in the ass to deal with.
With the village hidden in the sand claimed Naruto began to move to conquer the land of earth, forcing everyone to quickly leave this land and escape to the other lands. but with the village hidden in the stone taken down so easily, this forced the world to quickly unite to face Naruto.
"Can we truth Orochimaru? We know his past." A, Kage from the village hidden in the sand asked while glaring at Orochimaru who had just reanimated Onoki who was killed.
"Orochimaru has no force but to join us or be killed by the Akatsuki. and with him, we can bring back many shinobi to help us win this battle. We already brought back the former Hokage, don't underestimate Naruto with any foolishness." Itachi said calmly, making A glare at him, Was Itachi not a part of the Akatsuki?
"I was only in the Akatsuki to slow down their progress of capturing the 9 tails. It's mostly my doing that they never came knocking at your doors for the tail beast. but I left as with the 9 tails taking over the Akatsuki and putting Naruto as its leader, my life was in danger." Itachi said calmly, stunning everyone. indeed, it was mostly because of Itachi that the Akatsuki didn't make huge movements, after all at any moment Obito could have just found a moment to capture Naruto and run away.
Itachi was not a spy, Itachi existence is what forced Obito to hold his time. without the 9 tails actions, Obito would have been waiting for the day Itachi dies before he makes huge moves, or waiting for Itachi to continue growing weaker, before making huge moves,
"Orochimaru was a former member of the Akatsuki, they want him to die because they don't want the information to spill out. we also have a list of the people that Naruto wishes to kill, we would be spreading them out now. we already have a spy working for us within the Akatsuki, so we would have information on their moves. but the information of their attack didn't reach us in time before the village hidden in the stone fell." Itachi said calmly while looking at Onoki who was quietly looking around, quickly catching up to everything that happened. he was now a young man, although he remained short.
"So, what are you saying we should do?" A asked with narrowed eyes, Itachi looked at him calmly before looking at the remaining 3 Kages
"we unite. One village just feels in a matter of hours, do you all think you could last as long? Put aside our hatred, and everything else... we are already working on bringing Madara back to life, and we wish to do the same with your Kages. the stronger outside is, the better." Itachi said making everyone look at each other for some time before sighing while nodding
far away, Naruto sat on a throne that looked oddly like a demon lord's throne. he was playing his role well. Anyway, before him was a crystal ball which showed the scene in the meeting hall, he couldn't help but frown not sure how was the spy amongst them.
"This is good, perfect in fact. As I kill off the dark-hearted ones amongst you all, Imprint all your hatred onto me. I shall take it all with me." Naruto said as his eyes suddenly began to burn, he rubbed his eyes for a moment, only to open them to reveal a pair of sharingan...
