After Cian and Erica finished their relaxing bath, they were pleasantly surprised to find Freya waiting for them in the room. She stood there, holding Erica's neatly folded clothes in her hands.
Freya, although inexperienced, did her best to assist Erica in getting dressed. It was understandable that she felt a bit awkward. Both Erica and Freya came from privileged backgrounds as daughters of marquises, accustomed to having attendants to attend to their every need.
Cian couldn't quite comprehend why women didn't dress themselves, but he had heard some superstitious beliefs surrounding noblewomen. There was a notion that if they dressed themselves, they would remain single forever or, in worse cases, their husbands would meet an untimely demise.
