Capítulo 101: Adulation

"Evangela," All the sensations of the real world faded as I ran toward my mother, feeling as my body shrunk back to the body of a teenager, back to the age I had been when she was still alive. Tears were streaming down my face as I embraced my mother, burying my face into her chest as I sobbed. 

"Mom, I failed! I can't do it and now everyone–"

"Hush, my little spark," My mother cooed, stroking my waves as I sobbed into her, squeezing her tighter in my arms. This was nothing more than a vision, an illusion conjured by my cry of help to Trorith, and even as I sank deeper into it, I could still vaguely feel the real world outside. I did my best to ignore it as I clung to my mother, my heart aching for her soft and gentle love. A gentle love that was mirrored in my sister and her virtuous aspect. "You only fail if you give up."
