Capítulo 1005: Deadweight

[East Wing]

Rounds of gunfire echoed in the air, dust polluting the air as bullets left dents on the concrete walls, and blood splattered everywhere. Primo and Hunter panted for air, hiding behind the counter of the dirty kitchen. 

"There's no end to them." Primo ground his teeth, turning his head to the person between him and Hunter. "Fuck. Did he get hit?"

"I don't know." Hunter shook his head, eyes on the heavily beaten Joker. 

Joker's state was even worse than when Hunter and Deborah were tortured. He had a few missing toes and fingers. Gashes on his back and legs, his face swollen, he was unrecognizable. If not for the small Joker tattoo behind Joker's ears, they wouldn't know if they got the right person. 

"Did you think she got her?" Hunter asked, snapping his eyes at Primo.
