The corners of Ivy's mouth curled upward as she ceased jotting down notes. Her eyes sparkled slightly as she pushed herself away from the desk, leaning comfortably into the office chair. Glancing around her workspace, she licked her lips, restraining a smile for no apparent reason.
"I wonder what he's doing," she mused. "I shouldn't have let him distract me while I'm at work."
Normally, Ivy maintained an unwavering focus on her tasks, but today was different. She found herself pausing intermittently, blaming a certain man for her distractions.
