Mineah leaned in as she let herself drown in Nikolai's gentle kiss. The fact that he made his confession extra romantic like this simply melted her heart. Heat radiated throughout her chest, her heart overwhelmed with content and yet somehow, she felt like her night was just getting started.

"That means…" Mineah breathed out after parting her lips with her husband, her thoughts failing her as she did her best to speak. "We can finally…"

"Take your time, Mine," Nikolai hummed as he stroked her hair. "We're not going anywhere anytime soon."

Mineah took her advice to heart as she simply let him rock her back and forth to the music. Their food was seemingly forgotten, and the soft melody playing in the background allowed her to just bask in the atmosphere while she let her body follow along with his steps.
