Capítulo 102: The Permission

The next day couldn't come any sooner as Mineah woke up from bed. Making herself ready, she made sure that she was properly prepared for what she was planning to do. 

"Are you really sure about this, Your Highness?" Dani worriedly asked her even as she helped her liege into her dress. "We both know that she'll do anything in her power to try and get you out of your position as Queen."

Chuckling, Mineah let out a reassuring smile as she replied, "I'm sure, Dani. You're all going to be anyway, right? I'm sure you three will be able to protect me from whatever it is that she's cooking in the dungeons."

"But she's clearly planning something," Krisha protested. "We all saw how desperate she is. She might try to poison you or something."

"Exactly," Zaila nodded in agreement. "And I'm pretty sure we're not allowed to accompany you that deep in the dungeons. They're secure for a reason, and more people going in might compromise that security."
