Capítulo 284: Gyaru no more
After making some preparations in the previous day Yuuka headed to school.
Yuuka's thoughts*
(I'm so nervous, but I have to power through so I can apologize!)
And after being completely calmed down Kaneki decided to go to school.
Kaneki: Sigh~ it's now or never right Sword-san?
Sword-san: [yup, so don't chicken out alright?]
Kaneki: I'll try... You think I can do this?
Sword-san: [just be calm and relax]
Kaneki: okay... I have to apologize to her properly.
Kaneki was determined to apologize to Yuuka so he headed straight to school.

Itsuki: do you guys think Kaneki would come to school today?
Keiko: who knows? He was really upset.
Ryueki: he might not show up, I mean if he really does feel bad for slapping Mirai he would probably try to avoid her at all cost.
???: yeah, he might not attend school again.
???: or he would get a restraining order.
Everyone in class 1-C was talking about whether Kaneki would come to school or not.
Sachi: you guys should seriously stop talking about that.
Ryueki: what's wrong? We're just curious if he would return or not.
Sachi: sigh~ you guys shouldn't talk about that, since Mirai-san does feel guilty for you know what.
Everyone: ...
Chikao: you guys should just let it go and stop talking about that it might affect Yuuka-san.

Yuuka: hey everyone!
Yuuka suddenly arrived.
???: hey Yuu- Huh?!
Shino: Yuuka?!
Miku: Yuuka-Oneechan?!
Ryueki: What the?! No way?! Are you really Mirai?!
Everyone was surprised because Yuuka no longer has the looks of a Gyaru.
Yuuka: yup it's me, and as of today I'm no longer a Gyaru.
She was wearing her uniform properly, her hair is no longer blonde, she no longer wears fake finger nails, she doesn't wear any colored contacts revealing her real brown colored eyes, and she no longer wears a headband and her hair is straight and in it's original color
???: really? Wow, you look way cuter than when you were a Gyaru.
Yuuka: thanks.
Ryueki: wait but why?
Yuuka: well to put simply, I was completely tired of the bad luck I got after becoming a Gyaru.
Everyone: huh? Bad luck?
Yuuka: I get hit on a lot, I almost got assaulted a few times and i seriously bring bad luck to everyone.
Shino: really? Well it is true you got hit on a lot but I never imagined almost getting assaulted, why didn't you tell us?
Yuuka: I didn't want you guys to worry, so sorry about that.
Ryueki: are you sure about this decision?
Yuuka: yup, and when Kaneki actually slapped me I knew I had to change in order to remove my bad luck so yeah, from today onwards I'm no longer gonna look nor act like a Gyaru, because my bad luck affected him as well.
"You idiot! You will lose Ryueki at this rate!"
Yuuka's thoughts*

Ryueki: but wasn't it fun being a Gyaru-
Miku: Ryu-Oniichan don't make Yuuka-Oneechan do that.
Ryueki: but.
Miku: if being a Gyaru means having to deal with those things she said then I can understand her decision.
Shino: yeah, I don't think it's right to tell Yuuka on what she can and can't be.
Ryueki was frustrated.
Ryueki: tch.
Yuuka: anyways, I'll be going on my seat no-
Boom!
Everyone: woah!
The door behind Yuuka suddenly opened and someone was behind it.
Sachi: Kaneki?!
It was Kaneki.
???: no way he actually came.
???: he looks really pissed off!
Kaneki looked like he was still angry.
Yuuka carefully looked at Natsuki as if she's trying to say " I thought you calmed him down?!"
And Natsuki just replied with a Thumbs up.
(Natsuki!!!!)
Yuuka: O-Oh hey Kaneki...
Kaneki immediately turned his serious gaze to Yuuka.
Kaneki: go to the Rooftop later at lunch let's have a private chat.
After saying that Kaneki went and sat on his seat.
Yuuka: !!! Um... Okay?
(He seriously still looks mad!)
