"Storm," both brothers echoed and relaxed their shoulders. Silver's action just now had left their hearts in a fast-beating race.

Yasmin never expected the intruder to be Storm, the eldest Jayden brother, but she was glad nonetheless. 

Without waiting another second, he raised his hand and struck Silver in the back close to her neck. 

She had lifted her eyes to meet his and parted her lips wanting to speak when his palm descended on her. 

Her body fell limply on his. When he looked up again, he had an indifferent, icy expression. 

The room fell silent, save for Yasmin's ragged breath that drew Storm's attention. 

Storm's gaze settled on Yasmin. As though sensing his brother's thought, Shawn stepped forward, blocking Storm's line of sight. 

"She's with me."

Shane, too couldn't ignore this sight and focused on both brothers
