Art could tell, he expected this.

So it wasn't surprising when the guy who grabbed the crystal and hoped for his legs to have the privilege of embracing the ground got met with a lightning bolt mid-air.

No one cares about what remained of him as their gazes were fixed on the crystal which had left his hand and was now sailing through the air.

Nobody moved from their spot as they trailed the crystal with their eyes up until it fell on the ground.

After that, they began glancing at each other in silence.

Some seconds later the first person to move was a girl and she didn’t complete her second step before attacks began flying around.

Art had to step back to think more about how to tackle the situation.

He looked towards Professor Prisca to see her happily jotting away. She was obviously enjoying the moment.

Art focused back on the competition.

He watched as several people from both teams gained the crystal in an attempt to run for their home only to lose it again.
