Two months of rehab later, Alicia's left hand had bounced back quite a bit, letting her get back to Oddities of Time.
As she stepped into the store, she spotted Lance, the in-house appraiser, eyeballing an old painting through a ginormous magnifying glass, trying to suss out whether it was the real deal. Alicia strolled by and caught a peek at the painting. It was "Portrait of Adele Bloch-Bauer I" by Gustav Klimt.
Since she'd been replicating Klimt's work since she was a kid, Alicia could pick up on the painting's telltale signs in a split second.
Fixing his specs, Lance asked the seller, "So, how much are you hoping to get for this?"
Creation is hard, cheer me up!
