Capítulo 8: C-Rank Mission
Over the next few weeks naruto and team 7 officially did over 10 d-ranks without complaining.
Naruto did this since he wanted to do over the minimum needed to do a c-rank so sarutobi or iruka cant refuse us to do a c-rank.
Naruto was on a walk early in the morning to relax his mind.
Since he was thinking over what there about to do now.
While walking slowly to the meeting place naruto thought with narrowed eyes.
"We are finally going to get the mission to the land of waves"
"What am i going to do am i going to do am i going to save zabuza and haku or not?"
Sighing naruto leaned on the railing and thought "i will think of this later on"
Closing his eyes a little he concentrated and then sensing kakashi.
His eye snapping open he looked where kakashi was going to appear and the he appeared with the body flicker.
He looked at naruto kind of shocked and then back to his nonchalant face.
Kakashi said " follow me you three"
Following we followed the same path we did as usual and ended up at the hokage tower.
After walking in we reached the mission desk.
Kakashi asked for a new mission for them to do.
Sarutobi was humming a tune while looking through the d-ranks and said how about-
Sighing naruto yelled out in a similar way to his past " wait im tired of these chores give us a real mission"
iruka scolded naruto and said " you three are just beginner genin and you think you could get a higher rank mission"
Naruto said " come on we could at least do a c-rank mission as we have completed the requirements to get c-rank missions"
Sarutobi looked at kakashi as if asking if he was sure their team was ready.
Contemplating on it Kakashi thought "this mission may show them the risks of being shinobi and bring the to work together better"
He nodded at hiruzen after that hiruzen said "bring him in"
Iruka a little shocked and stunned went out the office to get him and then came in a second later with a old geezer.
He has a grey hair and a grey beard with brown glasses and to top it off has on a onion hat and black shirt.
He walked in the room while sarutobi was saying your mission is to escort the bridge builder tazuna to the land of waves.
Tazuna yelled out "what! These brats are supposed to guard me that blacked haired one looks like a emo while that pink haired one thise not even look like a real shinobi i payed for real ninja".
Hiruzen said " this is only a escort mission so this should be enough"
Sasuke and sakura eyes twitched hearing that and looked like they were about to strangle him but kakashi held on to them.
And said " you should be perfectly fine since i am here and a jonin"
Tazuna widen his eyes hearing that and sighed of relief hearing that kakashi eyes narrowed a little suspicious hearing that.
Kakashi then said you three meet at the gate in two hours for the mission and then teleported away.
seeing that the 3 of left to get ready.
Time skip
Naruto just walked into his apartment and went to his bedroom and went to his drawer and sees scrolls filled with extra things he needed and put it in his ninja pouch while doing that he grabbed hsi bag thats filled with things he needed for missions.
Finishing that naruto went to the kitchen a cooked a little and eat it and grabbed a cold drink and sat down to relax a little.
Timeskip
Naruto got up snd left the apartment door and locked it and then dissapered into the air landing on a rooftop.
Naruto was hopping from house to house to the gate location and after awhile he reached and sat down on the wall there.
After sitting there for awhile Kakashi appears after saying he is here kakashi asked where is naruto?
Sakura said "that baka is not here ye-"
Naruto said "up here"
sakura jumped a little as she was suprised and a little scared
Kakashi said "naruto come down here"
Doing as said naruto jumped down here and heard kakashi ask "how long have you been sitting here?"
He said " i was sitting there a couple minutes before you arrived"
Kakashi nodded and said " you are really good at hiding your presence"
Naruto said " shouldn't be surprising since anbu couldn't catch me after painting the Hokage monument"
Kakashi grimaced remembering that day since he was one of them chasing after naruto and they couldn't find him at all"
Sighing kakashi said "tazuna should be here soon"
a couple seconds later they see tazuna walking to the gate with his bag.
Kakashi said "since tazuna is here now we should get going now".
After kakashi said that we walked out the gate with sakura and sasuke lookinb around with awe and wonder since they only been inside the village.
After a few minutes sakura got bored looking around.
Sakura asked " hey tazuna you live in a village called the land of waves right"
Tazuna said " yes why do you ask?"
Sakura said "if you live in a village why do you need to go to konoha to escort you"
Kakashi said " sakura not all lands or villages are ninja villages they could just be civilian lands"
She said "oh ok"
After asking a few questions ablut the land of waves and stuff and it went silenter then it was before.
When they continued walking there was a puddle their on the ground.
Tazuna and sakura thought nothing of the puddle and only looked at it for a brief second.
Sasuke was a bit more weary and toom out a kunai.
While naruto and kakashi were on alert kakashi because it was sunny for the week and no rain.
While naruto already knew the events from the future so he was paying attention to the puddle.
While walking passed it naruto silently made shadow clones that used hiding like a mole technique to hide under the missing-nin's.
The group heard yelling and heard them said " go for the white haired ninja first!"
But before they could run their was hand below them holding them down they said what the-
They were cut off when all of them heard Lightning release: Electromagnetic Murder
And a wave of lightning rushed toward the demon brothers shocking them longer since they were in water.
After using the combination they passed out.
Kakashi said good work knocking them out and how did You know they were here?
Naruto said " it is pretty obvious when it has not rain all week with the sun blazing"
Kakashi smiled at his answer and said " let me get answers from these two quickly"
Kakashi dragged them into the forest and after awhile they heard screams and they shivered hearing them.
After finishing kakashi walked out and said to "tazuna we need to talk"
Tazuna was sweating bullets and asked why do we need to talk?
Kakashi said "this mission is not for genin their were missing nins not bandits this is a b-rank or higher with the missing nins"
Tazuna sighed knowing he was caught and explained his situation and what's happening to his village.
Kakashi said we should go back to the village for false ranking"
Naruto said wait and used his talk no jutsu to convince kakashi we should continue and nit abandon tazuna as it will look bad on konoha.
Sasuke agreed as he wanted to test himself but sakura was nervous but followed because of sasuke.
Kakashi sighed and said "alright we could continue the mission"
We were about to continue the journey until naruto said wait can i turn the missing nin for their bounty since i defeated them"
Kakashi said " sure you can but how are you going bring them"
Naruto went into his bag and pulled out a scroll and put it on them and said fuin! And they were sealed in the scroll.
Rolling the scroll up naruto asked " sensei is their a way to send this to the hokage from here"
Kakashi pulled a note and wrote on it and said naruto hand me the seal he did and put the note on it then summoned one of his dogs and said deliver this to the hokage.
After hearing that the dog disappeared kakashi turned to naruto and said it should be delivered soon"
After that they were walking the same path for 2 hours naruto heard rustling in the bushes and hit something going toward it naruto sees a white rabbit.
Seeing it naruto and kakashi eyes widen hearing and hearing rustling naruto and kakashi said at the same time
