Although the demon assumed a human form and wore a tight dress that accentuated her alluring figure, Islinda couldn't help but notice the sinister appendage lurking behind her. It suddenly occurred to Islinda that she herself possessed a tail. It was long, sinuous, and had an eerie aesthetic. The tail's skin was smooth to the touch, but spikes dotted its length, giving it a menacing appearance.
From her position, Islinda couldn't see more and she wasn't eager to lift the demon's skirt to get a better view of her tail. That would be absurd, and she felt a deep sense of unease around the creature, much like her fear of approaching the leader of the dark Fae, even though he couldn't see her.
