Capítulo 136: I HATE TO SEE HER WITH YOU

Magdalene bit her lips nervously when she heard Lucas question . How was she going to answer a question like this. Did she feel inferior to Cordelia she didn't know.

"I don't" She said meekly.

"Look at me" Lucas ordered.

She raised her head and turn to meet his eyes which held danger. He looked at her like he was piercing her soul, Magdalene wanted to drop her gaze but he made her stop.

"Don't!" He told her." Why do you feel inferior to Cordelia?" He asked her again. Magdalene was left speechless again by him. Faced with his intense gaze she had no choice but to spill out the truth. Magdalene knew that she couldn't lie to him as he could detect lies and would only push her into saying the truth.

"I feel left out" She said not wanting to go into details.

"Left out?" Lucas raised a brow.

'I do not want to talk about it milord" Magdalene said almost pleading to him.

" You still haven't answered my question" He persisted.
