Capítulo 95: THE DINNER

It was already evening and every member of the castle were seated in the dinning room table as the servants served them dinner. The Lord was present with his right hand man and his panther that was on the ground devouring raw beef meat. Lucas wasn't eating or having anything around his side.

"Why aren't you eating Lord Lucas?" Lady Anastasia asked

"You'll find out" He replied with his mind playing the image of Magdalene in the kitchen with a night cap on her head and apron tied around her waist. The thought made him chuckle a little. He couldn't wait to see her and taste her meal.

Lady Morgan looked around to see that Magdalene was absent which prompted her to ask.

"Where's Magdalene?" She asked the butler.

"Lady Magdalene is in the kitchen milady"Butler Clarke answered as he supervised the servants who were busy placing plates and wines on the table.

"Kitchen? What would she be doing their?" Lady Morgan asked again.

"You'll find out soon" Lucas answered this time.
