"Is this the Black Iron Castle? It surely is black." Melvin muttered, clinging to the scorched wall.

The castle was covered with traces of battle and the scent of blood that still remained was enough to understand what kind of place it was and what kind of situation they were in.

It served as a blockade of large-scale monsters and beasts from the north.

It was a hell of a never-ending battle.

Lucas and his small squad stood in front of the castle gate and the heads of three people in their late 20s popped up over the castle walls. Their hair was short and their cold stern eyes were quite impressive befitting that of a soldier.

"Who are you all?"

"What business do you have here?"

"We are the mercenaries that came to offer support," Lucas muttered while Aaron took out a mercenary plate along with suitable documents.
