Capítulo 98: Getting tricked

In one of the villages Sebastian had visited, they found one of the vampires dead in a house. He looked like he had been burnt alive, as his mouth was wide open. One of his fangs was missing, as if it had broken off.

Two other ministers had followed them, Carlos and Caleb. Caleb was one of the doctors in the town and he was the one examining the corpse. With his gloved hands, he pried open the corpse's eyes, which were golden yellow.

"It looks like the witches are creating cross-breeds, but this one didn't turn out successful," Caleb said, looking up at Sebastian, who was standing beside him.
