Capítulo 158: Chapter 8- Talia – Where Are They (VOLUME 2)

The time before school was due to start again passed way too quickly. I had spent a lot of time with my family during this time, so it seemed like a whirling blur to me. I had spent time with the quads, who were now twelve and in middle school. I spent time with cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents, and so many other people that were family without truly being family.

I had wanted to spend time with my friends as well, but they weren't here. Ada hadn't come back for the break and Sereia, Saylor and Storm were still gone on their vacation. They had left before Christmas and had planned to return before classes were due to start again.

Well, I had talked to them, texted them when I had the time, and found out that their flight had been canceled. That was to be expected. With all the snow that had fallen on the city, on the state in general, most flights in and out were canceled for more than a week.
