Adrian lowered himself onto the ground, his gaze fixed on the frozen figure of Brooks before him. Damn, I have to admit, he's not half bad, he thought to himself, acknowledging Brook's skill. His mind wandered back to Zenko's words, echoing in his memory, "All you have to do is take the paper from your opponents."
Frustration welled up within him as he looked at Brooks. "Damnmm it," he shouted. But then a realization struck him: Brooks had been disqualified, which meant he was the winner. That means I don't need the paper, Adrian thought to himself, a sense of relief washing over him.
The pain from the stab wound he had received intensified, causing Adrian to wince. Holding his side, he decided to lie down and gaze up at the sky. "Disqualified, huh? This reminds me of back then," he pondered, his mind drifting to a memory from ten years ago.
