Capítulo 50: The Real Power of The Age-Age Fruit
Near Kai, Kid and Bonney's battlefield, Krieg, Gin, Heat and Wire were all engaging the marines in a fierce battle.
"These guys are pretty powerful!" Heat said while clashing with a few marine soldiers, his left sword was wrapped in lightning while the right one in fire, both of them came from the Dials attached to his weapons.
With a thrust from his right sword, he unleashed a powerful burst of flames that burned a few guys. Even though the Dials were pretty powerful, but they could only be used several times before needing to charge them again.
Wire was fighting by Heat's side "No shit, they are the subordinates of a Vice Admiral!" He said before performing a spinning kick and sending a marine flying back.
"Out of my way, trash!" With a roar Krieg charged at the marines while wielding a huge, spiked flail on a chain. He swung the weapon sideways, smashing the few unfortunate marines in the way.
Beside him was Gin, he was already transformed into his hybrid or half panther form. His skin is a distinct glossy black fur, his eyes resemble cat eyes with yellow pupils, and he now possess sharp claws instead of normal fingers. In his hands are the pair of tonfa that he uses to fight.
After eating this Zoan fruit, Gin gained a massive boost in strength, durability, speed and agility, powerful teeth and jaw, sharp claws, enhanced senses and stealth, and enhanced climbing and jumping capabilities.
Once again Krieg swung his weapon towards some soldiers aiming to smash their bodies, but this time he was stopped by Marine Captain Shu who blocked his weapon using his hand alone and causing it to suddenly get rusted and destroyed.
"What?!...He destroyed it with his hand!" Krieg's expressions changed from cocky to serious after witnessing Shu's power "You must be a devil fruit user" it was the only explanation that he could come up with.
"Demonic Thrust!" After beating up his opponents, Gin charged at Shu and used the 'Man-Demon Tactics' his unique fighting style and thrusted one of his tonfa into Shu's face.
Shu calmly leaped back while touching Gin's weapon, making it rusty before it got destroyed same way as Krieg's weapon.
"He made it rusty?" Gin remarked while jumping back to Krieg's side.
Krieg's eyes narrowed at Gin's remark "Metal weapons will be useless against him if that's the case"
"You finally noticed…" Shu spoke, his facial expressions were not clear because of the veil he's wearing across his mouth. He slowly walked towards the two pirates "But knowing that is not gonna be enough to stop it"
"I am Don Krieg! An insect like you dares to act confident in front of me…" Krieg declared before he pulled out two guns while revealing the ones hidden in his armor. A set of ten gun-barrels—two beneath each shoulder-plate, and three beneath each of the carapace's waist-flaps "…I'll personally bury all who defy me in the deepest recesses of the sea!"
GUN-SHOT!! GUN-SHOT!!

Back at Kai's battlefield…
"What in the world was that?!!" Kai's eyes widened in shock as he gazed at Bonney with complete bewilderment "--No more importantly, did you just say Nika?! You know Nika?!" He asked.
Bonney nodded, confused about Kai's reaction to that "Ah, my father told me about—SWOOOSH!!" Unfortunately, their conversation was cut short when Comil appeared in front Bonney while thrusting his katana at her chest, aiming to stab her.
SPLASH!! When Kai saw that he immediately jumped in front of her while pushing her away, getting stabbed in the stomach instead.
"AGHH!!--COUGH!! COUGH!!" He coughed some blood and started bleeding from his stomach.
"KAI!!!" Everyone looked horrified while witnessing that, but Kai himself wasn't fazed. He proceeded to clench his fist tightly before summoning a thunder cloud and wrapping his fist with its lightning, and then punching Comil in the face, sending him hurtling backwards.
The punch didn't deal a lot of damage, but it gave Kid a chance to attack. After attracting various metal pieces to his left and right arms, he formed two massive makeshift arms and slammed them at Comil.
"Punk Gibson!!"
BAAAAAM!! Comil took a significant damage from that attack. After that Kai quickly picked up his sword from the ground and used Soru to approach Comil who was slowly getting on his feet again.
With a sudden move, he swung Shichiseiken in the air and generating green flames before he performed a diagonal slash, unleashing the flames in the form of a flying sword slash.
Comil proceeded to use his katana to block it, which resulted in him getting pushed a few feet back. But Kai's attack did not stop there, he already prepared his next move giving Comil no time to react.
A massive thunder cloud was hovering above the Vice Admiral, Kai made the lightning gather in a cluster before making it crash down as a massive column, aiming to fry him.
"Heaven's Judgment!!"
"What--?!" Comil was taken by surprise by that attack and couldn't react in time.
Thunder!!...BOOOM!!
Although the attack didn't deal as much damage as Kai though it would, but it still left Comil shaken and suffering from a few burns "D-Damn brats…"
Kai was pale and sweating profusely while holding his wounded stomach "Huff…Huff…I need to finish this fight quickly and have this injury treated, the more I fight the weaker I'll get"
"I'll support you Kai!..." Bonney joined the two brothers in their fight against the Vice Admiral.
She swiftly approached Comil from behind, aging herself up into a possible future version, gaining a large and muscular physique and becoming physically stronger as a result. She flexed her comically larger arms before throwing down a strong right punch "Fight me!"
With his Observation Haki, Comil had no problem dodging her attack even from behind, though her fist smashed the ground when it connected with it.
After dodging Bonney's attack Comil tried to create some distance between him and the three pirates in order to prepare for his next attack, but to everyone's shock Bonney proceeded to do something unexpected.
"I won't let you run!" She proceeded to use her 'Distorted Future' move again, she aged herself up into a possible future version, gaining a physique she imagined like Nika, and being able to stretch her arm similar to Nika's rubbery properties, and with that she stretched her arm a few meters forward punching Comil's face and causing him to lose balance and fall to the ground.
"She can stretch?!!"
"Hoi hoi, I thought her fruit was about changing age!" Kid exclaimed in shock.
Kai couldn't find any words to describe his shock, first Bonney knows about Nika and can enlarge her body and now she can even stretch her arm like Luffy "Huff…Huff…She said distorted future before…don't tell me she can transform to possible future versions of herself?!"
"Focus Kai, where did you space out?!" Kid yelled at his brother, bringing his attention back to the battlefield.
'It surely most has some drawbacks and limits, otherwise it's ridiculous' Kai was having a hard time to believe that such an insane ability could exist, but after all it's One Piece. He shook his head after that, shifting his focus back to the threat in front of him.
"We're gonna have a long talk after this Bonney!" He said, before using his devil fruit to unleash several crescent wind blades at Comil, which the later easily deflected.
"For now, we have to kick this guy's ass"
