That was Morne's world now.

The goblin king, Grek, had informed them in no uncertain terms that they were to help the goblins win the war against the elves. Their reward for doing so would be a return to their homeland, but their failure would mean death.

After he had told them this, Gram had led them back to the prison and thrown them into adjacent cells where their packs had been deposited.

Now, with nothing but time, Morne decided to think.

He didn't know where he was in relation to the Enled continent, which was where the Opyek Empire was, or if they were even still on Xryn, but he had a feeling that they were.

The goblins were not a Tower Race. He didn't know how they had managed teleportation, but he did know that all of their magic stemmed from their mushrooms, the Devil Drain Fungus, and also revolved around fungi in general.

They didn't have access to Universal Magic.
