Kai's pov:

I stood up and wiped the fake blood from my face and chest. Denzel was coming down the ceiling with a ladder, and Vex was coming straight at us. "So? How did you rate our performance?" Vex asked.

"I think we scared the fuck out of her," Denzel said as he threw away the rope. "Vex, how did she react when she saw you on the ground?" I asked as I grabbed a wet rag.

"She became terrified. She pulled my body and screamed my name," Vex stated. "That's what I heard! I also noticed her voice becoming shaky," Denzel stated.

"She became emotional. She became even more emotional when she went into the kitchen and saw you two," Vex stated. "She became emotional. Even more emotional when she went into the kitchen and saw you two," Vex stated.

"She did start crying," Denzel said as he went to the bathroom. "I still feel like I should've been the one with the machete chasing Alliana and AJ the one who died," Vex grumbled.
