Lennox frowned. This confession was hard for anyone to believe, but as he looked at his wife, Lennox knew she was serious. He could see the pain and distress in her eyes as she spoke of it. However, how could someone experience life and death only to turn back time to experience life all over again?
"Addie, you don't have to tell me this." He told her.
Adrienne shook her head. "But I have to, Len. Don't you believe me?"
"No, I believe you," Lennox replied. "I just think that if what you want to say makes you feel pain, you don't have to say it. I don't have to know. I don't care what happened in the past as long as you are the one who is by my side now. You will always be my wife."
His tone was serious, and his expression was cold and unwavering, but a trace of uneasiness flashed in his eyes for a moment. His words sounded warm and reassuring to Adrienne.
