"Talk or fight?" Jane asked, her tone more serious now.

"I'm not sure we can talk to him," Allen said, his voice low, his gaze never leaving the Cursed High Priest. Zorath's wild, erratic movements and muttered phrases made it clear that reasoning with him was not an option. Allen's eyes narrowed, and his grip on his sword tightened. "We'll ambush him. He's a boss monster, so we'll take every advantage we can."

Zoe cracked her knuckles, the tentacles swaying at her back as she prepared herself. "Then we just need to kill him."
