"I find that hard to believe," Lise growled out. "You've hated their guts for what feels like forever. You don't care about these people, and you most certainly don't care about anyone else other than Mother and yourself."

"And you two~" Aria quickly added.

"Exactly what I was thinking," I concurred. "Mathilde, I could accept you wanting to be ruler, but Anna has been in the Furnace for almost a decade now if I recalled correctly, and you hate Nenners that aren't Lise."

"While that's true, I could never match Freud's prejudice," Aria explained. "His hatred is so great that it never stopped even within his immediate family. Even Queen Ada wasn't spared as soon as it came out that she was a Nenner."

Yikes.... Then again, it checked out based on what I heard from the twins.
