The crowd roared around us as the spectacle we were putting out had probably attracted more audience members to witness this farce of a battle. Resetting myself by putting some distance between myself and my opponent, I adjusted the grip on my weapon once more as I adopted a reverse grip on my blade, my stance dropping low on the ground in a way that felt more natural to me than simply standing around and waiting for the idiot to strike.

Time to go on an offensive.

Pumping my legs, I kicked off the ground at a speed that I hadn't known I was even capable of. Lunging straight at the woman, I pulled my arm back in an attempt to graze her legs and whittle her down. It wouldn't do damage, but it'll cripple her to the point of maybe having her surrender and stop attacking me.
