The scene of a beautiful lady dressed in navy blue dancing with a handsome gentleman in black was so exquisite. All eyes were on them, imbued with shock and awe.

The melody harmonized with each dance step Liliana and Asher took.

With his broad palm at the small of her back, he kept her close to him. His dark eyes never moved away from her face no matter how indifferent she appeared.

The dance was already fully ingrained into their bones. They moved accordingly to the melody, driven by their muscle memory.

Liliana wanted to laugh at herself. She didn't expect that she was still so skillful in waltzing even after so long.

"I was surprised to see you accepted my offer," whispered Asher.

He twirled Liliana, she spun on her heels, her navy blue skirt fluttered gracefully around her hip.

Liliana put on a smirk. She followed Asher's next move, once again dancing so close to him. Her left hand found its way back to his right shoulder.
