Inside the hall, Liliana focused on Old Madam Gui who was standing on the stage.
The refined old madam gave her speech for today's fundraising event. Its focus was on Second Hope Foundation, built by the Gui family matriarch over three decades ago.
Old Madam Gui concentrated on assisting helpless single mothers, especially the ones with special needs children.
The help ranged from providing shelter, monetary help and even giving them chances to learn new skills to allow them to stand on their own feet.
Standing at the podium, Old Madam Gui narrated the foundation's achievements in the previous year.

Liliana admired Old Madam Gui's passion. She heard from Old Madam Shen that the Gui family matriarch started the foundation because of her closest maid.
