''Damien…'' Isla murmured, staying seated by the side of the bed. Since she entered the room under the guidance of a maid in the imperial palace, she has been holding onto the small hand of her son who did unbelievable things.

'I really can't believe this…' Isla thought, wondering how this small hand could put another young master in such poor condition that needed a group of imperial physicians and doctors to treat him.

At first, she did not believe the maid until the empress and some groups of madams including herself, went to meet the crown prince and other children. When she heard the crown prince's words, Isla knew she had to believe it because the latter had no reason to lie about such things.
