Capítulo 51: Potential Seeds

"Slave?" Jeff shouted but immediately lowered his voice when Alex raised Durendal once again. Cold sweat piled on his forehead, a fearful expression vivid on his face as he nodded fervently in affirmation.

The others watched incredulously as Alex practically forced the fearful man to become his slave, questioning their judgement when associating with the amethyst-eyed boy. Their morals were tested, and they wondered if they should object to the sudden occurrence.

However, they grit their teeth, refusing to voice their concerns. Alex knew most about the new world they were entering, hence the reason he often performed questionable and seemingly meaningless acts in the name of necessity.

Since that was the case, Alex knew best the horrors of the world and seemed to have adapted accordingly. The others, however, were unaware of how things operated, and were unbeknownst to what was considered "normal."
