Nathan nodded and gave Kylie a small smile in greeting, then his gaze shifted back to Woody. "I warned you yesterday and I wasn't messing around. If you still insist, you'll get caught and it's because of your stupidity."
Woody grinned. "Then what about you, why did you show up here when Kylie wasn't expecting it?"
Nathan turned back to Kylie with a raised eyebrow. "Do you?"
"I wouldn't mind if you'd help me explain to Mr. Parker that there's no point in him expecting my kindness."
"You heard that, man," Nathan said with a smile. "And I really mean it when I say that law enforcement officers is on their way to arrest you on my report."
Perhaps because he was afraid of being caught, or because he had run out of excuses to stay there, Woody Parker finally left the flower shop. Kylie breathed a sigh of relief after Woody disappeared from her sight.
