Capítulo 25: A Shitty Offer

"You're in love with her?" Bella looked at Nathan in confusion. "Really?"

  Nathan laughed. "It's entirely another matter."

  "I don't understand. I thought you asked me to come over to judge me because I forced you to lie in front of Reef."

  "That too," Nathan said. "But I wanted to ask you a few questions about Kylie Wilson while we wait for our food to be delivered." Nathan nodded to a waiter who was waiting to ask for the menu. For a few moments, Bella's confusion was distracted by the waiter explaining the various menus. They finally settled on their orders, and the waiter left. "Well," Nathan turned his gaze back to Bella. "What do you know about Miss Wilson?"

  "I've only known her for a few days," Bella said. "I'm not one to gossip, so I refuse to say anything I know about her if you don't tell me what happened. Why do you want to know about him?"

  Nathan sighed. "I'll explain later. I promise. I'm just making sure I'm not mistaken."
