Chapter 12: Training
Early in the morning, Adele brings Alex breakfast for him to eat.
Normally, the children of the family should eat at the main dining table but because Alex was an eyesore in the family nobody bothered him.
Sylvie did invite him from time to time, he politely declined her.
But for the current Alex, it is actually a good thing as he doesn't have to associate with his supposed family members.
After eating the food that Adele brought him, Alex quickly made his way towards the practice room with Adele.
Arriving at the lobby what welcomed him was Sylvie, who is wearing her training outfit. Not only did Sylvie even Adele change her typical maid outfit to trainer wear.
Which Alex has to say looked very sexy on her. Seeing Alex coming to the lobby Sylvie immediately came to him.
"Did you also come to learn about Swordplay, brother?" Sylvie asked excitedly. To which Alex replied.
"Yes, I asked Adele if she could teach me how to use a sword, she agreed and told me to come to the training room in the morning, so here I am." Alex said to Sylvie, who is energetic as usual.
"Is that so then we can train together." Sylvie said—Alex doesn't know how she can be so immature despite being the eldest child of Flameborn.
'That is not something that I have to care about, it's good as long as she is happy and doesn't point that sword at me to take my head.' Alex thought.
"Enough with your talk and Young Miss takes one of the dummies from the lobby and practices on your own—for today that is. And Young Master please come this way." Adele instructed both Sylvie and Alex.
"See you, brother." Sylvie waved to Alex as she moved towards a wooden dummy.
Alex also waved at her before following Adele. Arriving at one of the corners of the lobby, Adele said—
Before starting your training I have something to tell you, Young Master Alex."
"What is it?" Alex asked.
"Your basic fitness level is too low and your body is not ready for sword training, So before sword training, you should do physical training and adopt your body." Maybe it's because of her kindness that she didn't say his body is useless or she was concerned about how he would react, either way, Alex is grateful.
"So what should I do to make my body suitable." Alex asked Adele.
"For starters let's start with a slight warm-up. And we can start our full training tomorrow." Adele as they started their warm-up.
"So, Adele, According to you how long will it take for me to start my sword training." Alex asked while he was exercising.
"Normally, Children of noble families start their training when they become 10-year-olds, but there are cases where when the child starts their training before they hit 10. And Young Miss Sylvie is a good example. She started training when she was 9 years old."
"And according to the calculation, if you were to do your exercise daily then you can also start your sword training around 10 years old," Adele said while she changed to the next exercise.
"Is that so, then let's get this done." Alex said he followed Adele's moment.
Alex was covered in tears and sweat after finishing his exercise. He looked like a wet dog with a flushed face and ragged breath.
'Oh god, is this how it's going to be from now on.' Alex thought while he was catching his breath.
"That's enough for today, Young Master. We can continue tomorrow."
"Oh, I forgot to say something, tomorrow onwards I am going to wake you up at 6'O clock in the morning." Adele said and walked towards Sylvie's direction.
