“Are you guys ready?” I asked them.

We're now preparing things.

Tonight our second attempt for our plan.

Team B's on standby.

“Prete, you ready?” I asked her.

“Yes, I'm ready.” She smiled.

I know she's brave, but that doesn't change the glimpse of fear in her eyes.

“You guys can save me right?” She asked.

I smiled to her.

“We will, we promise.” I assured her.

I'm not going to disappoint my team.

Still, Castino is assigned to fetch Gretchen—she's with Prete now.

And Prete will come home alone.

“I have a bad feeling about this, bud.” I averted my gaze to John.

He's with me now.

“Let's just hope for the better.” I answered him.

“I just hope, we can really capture him.” He added.

“We will bud, cheers to that?” I offered.

“Wait, where's Gretchen?” I said when I noticed she's suddenly out of sight.

“I'll check.” John stood up and went to Prete's side.
