Capítulo 24: Acting
"Alright boys, place that body over there, place that body on that side of the roof, pierce that guy's chest, incinerate that guy's arm, burn that side of the building."
I was giving orders left and right to the clones, due to the huge amount of Root members I killed I took over fourteen dead bodies from them and killed around twenty-ish Suna and Oto shinobi's before I went here, I wanted to make it look like I was overwhelmed by Root, Suna and Oto and fought hard enough.
It felt like I was making a huge fight scene that had concluded, of course I made sure no one was here so that only I will know about the truth of the matter and I won't be connected to how Danzo disappeared and why I didn't save Hiruzen with Hiraishin or break the barrier that enclosed him.
After placing the dead bodies and spilling their blood over the area again, I unsummoned every clone except one, I looked at the clone in front of me as we nodded understanding that if I wanted to make this look realistic.
"Gotta have some injuries."
The clone then slashed my forearm, body, although it didn't cut deep but it was enough for it to bleed but not enough to make me bleed out, I gritted my teeth as I let myself punch me in the face and other parts.
When the clone finally stopped it meant that I was bruised enough to sell this, It then dispelled itself as I sat on the side of a shop that was abandoned, I was on a random street, I also made sure this place was evacuated first so I had free reign on what to do here.
'Time to act once more.'
I groaned a bit when I saw my blood drip down on my body and mouth, perhaps a pool of blood is good enough, I know I won't die, it looks good to fool anyone as they'll be panicked immediately.
Now, arm pressed on the abdomen where the cut was made, head looking down, and sleep, I'm sure this would make anyone panic.

"It's finished."
Yamato looked at the arena filled with the bodies of Suna and Oto ninja's, He saw their retreat, It had been a long time since a fight this large had happened, he was sad that the Hokage had sacrificed his life.
He went near the body of the Hokage as he was one of his believers that he could change, and change he did, every Elite Jonin and some that had stayed mourn for the loss of the Hokage, he was glad that there were no casualties.
When he thought of casualties, there were little to none civilian casualty, he was glad about it at first but when he looked at Kakashi he remembered something.
"Yuki!"
He quickly looked around the area of the arena searching for a white haired kid, it was thanks to him that he teleported majority of the civilians while they were busy fighting.
Kakashi noticed Yamato distress just by looking at his face, he then went to him and asked.
"What's the matter?"
"Yuki, he's not here."
Kakashi assessed the area as well, he couldn't find him either, there were only two people that he knew off that had white hair, it was him and Yuki, counting Jiraiya that had arrived that would make it three.
He then summoned his Ninken.
"Yo."
"Pakkun go find Yuki."
"Alright."
All his ninken immediately ran away to go find Yuki, Jiraiya who had also begun to notice the commotion between the two as they were talking far away, he went up to them as the Iryo-nin were taking care of Hiruzen's body and he had nothing else much to do.
"What's the matter you two?"
"Jiraiya-sama, it's, a genin, my student has gone missing, normally based on my observation of his attitude he would have already been here but I don't see him."
"What's his description? Maybe I can help."
"He's a white haired kid with blue eyes, he's not impossible to miss since he's the only one who has white hair among his age group."
"Alright let's see"
Jiraiya then summoned toads and proceeded to tell them the same thing Kakashi had told his Ninken, the three of them waited, as they looked over Hiruzen they finally saw a dog rushing over with worry in his face.
"I found him, but you're not gonna like what you see."
Pakkun arrived, he had a sad face, Kakashi could see it, both Yamato and Kakashi's heart skipped a beat when they saw him arrive after half an hour.
"Go and take us there."
They followed Pakkun and rushed to where they found him, when they arrived Yuki was surrounded by the Other Ninken as if as they were his guards, Jiraiya even followed them just in case.
"What the hell."
Jiraiya was lost in thought, he saw Yamato and Kakashi go over Yuki's body, but the most surprising thing was he had killed around thirty or more Shinobi's on his own.
Jiraiya saw black robed figures, he took of their masks and pulled out their tongues, true enough it was Root, he wondered why this kid was targeted by Root but looking at his kill count showed him enough.
He then saw how Yamato picked up his body, they all nodded which confirmed that the boy was still alive, Kakashi and Yamato wanted to speed off to the hospital this instant.
"Jiraiya-sama."
"Go, I'll stay here for awhile I want to investigate this for awhile."
Jiraiya then began inspecting the bodies as soon as the two left, but he couldn't find anything amiss, he wanted to ask how and why Yuki was targeted.
"What's this?"
He went to where Yuki was sitting and found a novel, when he looked at it he was surprised, he opened it and saw Yuki's name, he sighed and laughed.
"Did he read this before he passed out?"

I could feel someone was carrying me, probably Yamato, I opened my eyes and he noticed, Oh Kakashi is here too.
"I'm still alive?"
"Yes, we're going to the hospital."
"What happened?"
"A lot, you need to just sleep and focus on recovering, when you've recovered I'll fill you in."
"Alright."
I closed my eyes and fell asleep again, I really don't want to deal with anything after this, after a while I could feel I was placed on a bed and some were touching my body, perhaps cleaning and placing gauzes on my self inflicted wounds.
Everyone's too busy to question my injuries and if I'm right even if they investigate the scene no one will even question it.
After almost an hour of getting treated I was sent to a room, there I sat up straight, although I've healed significantly since I rarely get hurt thanks to my constitution I didn't mind.
I then heard the door open, I just smiled as I saw Yamato and Kakashi enter.
"You sure recovered fast."
"I over exhausted my chakra so there's that, what did I miss?"
"The Hokage is dead."
"Oh."
I tried acting sad as I looked at my feet, gotta learn how to sell sometimes.
"Enough of that, tell me how were you ambushed?"
Kakashi asked as took a chair and sat on it while Yamato stood.
"I started noticing my clones were being ambushed by around three to four shinobi's but I couldn't let them fight back since they were busy transporting people, I then unsummoned my clones once they were done."
"Then?"
"Suddenly Root attacked me along with other Shinobi's I don't know how they found the real me, there were around thirty to forty that chased me, I was low on chakra when they ambushed me so I couldn't."
"That's enough, You did well enough, thanks to you we've killed more than we've lost and almost none of the civilians were killed."
"Almost?"
Yamato and Kakashi didn't know how to answer me as I looked like I had failed them, Yamato then tapped my shoulder and gave me a smile.
"It's alright Yuki, you controlled what you controlled and did your best, it was inevitable that you couldn't save everyone but you saved who you could save and that was the best thing you could ever have done, probably more than what I could have done."
I nodded and gave them a wry smile telling them that I understood and wanted to be left alone, they got the gesture and quietly left me, before they actually left I asked them one question.
"What happens now?"
"We don't know Yuki."
