Kai after waking up and realizing that the reality before him isn't a mere dream got up.
Looking at the sleeping Haruhime he decided to do something worthwhile.
He purchased a large and comfy bed (king-size) carrying the asleep Renard then placing her body on the bed and covering her with a blanket.
At least with this small action he can be labeled as a gentle man.

I feel bad sleeping on her lap she must have felt strained on her legs.
Unfortunately, what's done is done nothing I can do to turned back time, for now.
I stroke her silky smooth hair while sitting beside her.

He looked at the sleeping Renard shrugging the back of his head.
[Your too loud.] – Rafael reprimanded.
'Yep, my bad.' – Kai didn't bother arguing with Rafael knowing it's his fault.
Haruhime slowly stood up from the bed stretching her arms with an annoyed expression on her face.
The same as Kai she reacted surprised after waking up not to say finding herself on a bed beside a young boy.
She blushed and questioned. 'What's going on?'
Then memories of the day prior resurface in her mind.
She let out a bright smile before pouncing straight at Kai, embracing him in a tight hug acting like a koala.
He wasn't able to react due to not feeling any malice coming from Haruhime.

'This brat, who did she think she is to daringly and casually approach me.
Is she some sort of pervert or something.'
'I will let this transgression slide for now, I am an understanding and magnanimous person.'
[Stop being a prick.] – Rafael retorted.
Kai did not reply to Rafael's words that stab straight to his heart as he just stayed silent.

The embrace lasted for about 3 minutes before Haruhime finally let go of Kai.
She sheepishly looks at Kai in the eyes, the embarrassment on her redden face is too apparent to be hidden.
She had realized how daring and shameful her actions were now she wanted to dig a hole and crawl into it in embarrassment.
Seeing her reaction Kai grinned from ear to ear and gave her a head pat treating her like a child.
"There, there little girl this isn't a dream." – He mused.
Hearing what he called her, Haruhime's embarrassment was replaced by a deep frown.
She was pissed.
Seeing her sudden shift in expression, Kai asked. 'Did I do something wrong?'
[You definitely did.] – Rafael mused on how naïve her partner is when it comes to some matters.
'What did I do wrong?'
[Figure it out yourself.] – Rafael retorted.
'Rafael-chan don't be like that.' – Kai muttered with a puppy eyed look.
[You're both a genius and an idiot at the same time.]

He was really clueless on why Rafael would call him an idiot.
He can accept the genius part because he's shameless but for the idiot part no way he's just going to accept being labeled as an idiot.
[Just like how you don't want to be treated as a kid the same goes for her.]
'Eh, but isn't she a genuine kid.'
[Aren't you the same?] – Rafael mused.
'I'm not a kid though.' – Kai retorted.
[Are you sure about that.]
'Why is it that I cannot seem to come up with a retort to your words?'
[Because you're a kid.] – Rafael added.
Kai gave up arguing with Rafael.
Their conversation only lasted a millisecond.

"So you want me to teach you how to fight?" – Kai asked looking down at the kneeling Renard before him with raised eyebrows.
He wasn't against the idea of helping the young Renard to become strong the reason why he did not immediately accept her request is to deemed how true she is to by testing her conviction.
"Yes, please take me as your disciple." – Haruhime said lowering her head deeper than her forehead almost touching the earthen soil.
"I want to be strong, strong enough to live proudly. I don't want to kept relying on others, I don't want to stay weak. I wanted to be strong on my own." – She added in a determined voice.
This all happened after Kai left the storage house.
He trained his sword skills after purchasing common swords in the shop.
He performed his excellent sword mastery and amazing sword techniques which were witnessed by the young Renard observing from the side.
Gathering her thoughts she approach Kai and beg him 'not ask' to teach her how to fight and become strong ending up to the current situation.

'Should I just accepted her pled or do I need to ask her for something?'
[This is ridiculous.] – Rafael's voice interrupted Kai's inner monologue.
'What had gotten into you, Rafael-chan?'
[Don't misunderstand me.] – She replied the amusement in her voice is recognizable.

Rafael teasingly added.

A blush creep on Kai's face after Rafael showed him a third person view point image of Haruhime kneeling subjectively before him.
"Hey, get up." He grabs Haruhime on the shoulder trying to make her get up.
He looked at her in the eyes before saying.
"Don't ever bow down to another, did you hear me. Never lower your head to another." He gave her a stern look.
Haruhime just looks Kai in the eye, teary face.
Kai let out a deep sigh.
"There, there I didn't mean to scare you." He gave her a head pat trying to calm her down.
"I am sorry."
"What are you apologizing for?"
"I'm sorry for putting you in such a situation…"
"There's no need to apologize, I've already confirmed your conviction and I accept teaching you."
"Thank you, master."
"Don't call me master, Kai is enough."
"Thank you, Kai-dono."
"You're a stubborn one aren't you."
Haruhime did not reply and just showed a weary smile.

In the backyard of a majestic mansion atop a peak of a mountain that almost reaches the clouds a cute golden Renard girl covered in sweat from head to toe can be seen swinging a katana that is just as tall as her.
In every sword swing of the sword a strong air pressure is released enough to blow away any child or make someone lost their balance yet the child in question is easily achieving something most adult and level 1 adventurers couldn't.
In this past months Haruhime's body had grown a bit more mature, her height had risen by 10 centimeters, looking at her one can see firmly built slender muscles that doesn't look out of place as she still retain her childlike and cute appearance.
This growth was due to Kai's careful, meticulous and intense training that should be categorized as Asian difficulty, added with the nutritious ad extravagant meals Kai purchase from the shop.
Kai also learned how to cook but that's a stpry for another.
Her body also became more potent due to the [Heavenly Yin Yang Body Scripture] which she received from Kai costing him 10,000,000 karma points converted in origin points will be 10,000,000,000 origin points, a very extravagant cost but it was worth it.
The first benefit the [Heavenly Yin Yang Body Scripture] granted both Kai and Haruhime is the ability to freely enter the unique state called the 'Enlightenment State' allowing both of them to progress faster in the studies they endeavor comprehending.
Even though without Falna Kai can still view his parameters.

In truth Kai only needs the blessing of a god to increase in level nothing more nothing less.
As for Haruhime, Kai couldn't view her stats for now as he still need to increase the level of the system and to do that he need to increase his own level but he knew she had progressed a lot this past months of extreme hardship.
Even Kai was shocked at how stubborn and resolute the little girl was.
Haruhime's training revolves from:
Climbing a mountain from the foot to the peak while carrying weight halves of her own every morning. To increase her strength and stamina.
Descending avoiding deadly traps while in a poisoned state. To boost her perception, mobility and status resistance.
Fighting monsters stronger than her. To make sure she could survive fighting stronger opponents.
Lasting long under water while surviving or fighting against water based monsters. To make her adapt underwater.
Dodging Kai's high-speed attacks. To increase her dexterity and perception speed.
Enduring Kai's magic barrage and physical attacks. To increase her magical and physical resistance, overall to boost her defense.
Studying the wisdom Kai parted to her. To increase her own wisdom.
Surviving in a wild forest with nothing in her as Kai acted as the hunter chasing after her every night. To make her adapt in life and death situations where a hunter is always on her tail. She was almost traumatized by the last training method.
