As the years went by, I continued to hone my powers in secret, experimenting with my abilities and learning how to control them better. I would occasionally enslave someone, always in self-defense, but I would always release them after I had taken what I needed. I was careful to keep my powers hidden, not wanting to attract any unwanted attention.
Despite this, I felt a growing sense of loneliness and isolation.
I was never a sociable person in my past life, I never had any friends, not because no one wanted to be my friend, but because I never liked anyone. the only people I could count on were my parents. But I have nobody in this life.
People my own age seemed like children to me, and I had no one to confide in about my abilities. I longed for someone to understand me, share my experiences, and help me navigate the complexities of my powers.
But this made it even easier for me to keep my powers hidden, as I didn't have many close relationships with anyone who could possibly suspect anything.
I spent most of my days reading and researching about the universe, about other beings with powers like mine, and about the forces that threatened the universe. I wanted to be prepared for the day when I would reveal my powers to the world and start my mission to protect the universe from all threats.
As I've grown into this new form, I've struggled with the knowledge of my power. On one hand, I feel an almost irresistible urge to use my power and exert my will over others, to prove to the world just how strong I truly am. On the other hand, I can't shake the feeling that using my power is wrong, that it goes against everything I believe in. It's a constant battle, one that I've been fighting for 16 long years now.
Over time, I've come to understand that I have to be careful with my power. I've seen what can happen when someone becomes too powerful when they believe that they are above all others. I've seen what happens when people become gods, and it's not pretty. I know that if I'm not careful, I could become like Darkseid, wreaking havoc on the world, enslaving others for my own gain.
Despite these fears, I can't ignore the pull of my power. I've been practicing, testing my limits, and learning what I'm capable of. And every day, I feel my power growing, becoming something truly terrifying.
I try to keep my power hidden, but there are moments when it slips out, when my control falters, and others can see the extent of my abilities. It's in these moments that I am the most afraid when I realize that my power could bring me great fame, or great danger. For 16 years, I've lived with the knowledge of my power, constantly torn between the urge to use it and the fear of what it could lead to.
The thought of revealing my powers to the entire universe was always in the back of my mind. I was curious about the impact it would have, the reactions of others, and the consequences that would come with it.
At first, I was hesitant. The idea of having so much power and control was both exciting and terrifying. What if people saw me as a threat? What if they tried to stop me? These thoughts kept me up at night, but at the same time, I was also eager to find out what I was truly capable of.
I knew that the moment I revealed my powers, my life would change forever. But I was determined to be prepared for whatever came my way. I trained my body, honed my powers, and learned everything I could about the universe.
