The fringe lady wasn't on her seat belt but she held onto something for support as Sebastian drove in full speed to where the shooters were. Once they got close, the fringe lady opened the passenger door and started shooting under it, taking them unaware. She was now holding onto the seatbelt and it was starting to slip. Sebastian quickly clutched her hands immediately her palm slipped from the seatbelts. The fringe lady doubled up and starting shooting from the broken side window. 

She had to get back inside when she noticed Sebastian was close enough to brushing their cars away.
