Yanzhi took his glass and gulped down the wine, "there won't be a next time for such schemes against me" putting down his glass he said to doctor Shi who also gulped down his wine. "Never again, your excellency" bowing once more he apologized earnestly.

"Little wife, let's retire" Yanzhi stretched out his hand to Xiao Ling who took it and stood up from his seat.

"Doctor Shi, I, Xiao Ling, like dealing with honest people. I hate it when people betray me and scheme against me, so I hope what happened this time, will not repeat itself another time. I will forgive you just this time around, we will leave for the village at first light tomorrow, whatever matters are left to discuss will be discussed after you return." With that said Xiao Ling walked side by side with Yanzhi as they waltz out of the hall followed by Yue and the rest. Doctor Shi finally let out a breath of relief, but his heart wasn't very at ease knowing that he must've upset the couple.
