When everyone heard the voice coming out from one of the vip rooms, the auction hall become silent.
The auctioneer was also that anyone would bid for the sword and she immediately came to her senses and said "Any other bidders?"
"110 thousand"
The hall was shocked again to see someone bidding as this time the sound came in from one of them.
Everyone in the hall turned towards the voice and saw a brown haired boy in his mid teenage years with a grin on his face.
"200 thousand"
The voice from the vip room came once more but the young boy in the hall kept on bidding more and more
"210 thousand", Zhang Kai yelled to the auctioneer as her master ordered him to get that sword no matter what.
The auctioneer lady was thrilled to see that someone is interested in the sword and is hoping for this sword to be able to be sold at an even higher price.

In the vip room, an elder with long white hair and beard was seen sitting with a young man beside him.
This elder was the person was the person who has been bidding against Zhang Kai for the sword.
"Who the hell is this kid to be bidding against us, does he not fear the consequences of messing with my Heavenly Sword Sect!!!"
It could be seen that at this moment the elder was furious as he hit the table beside him and turned into ashes.
"Elder, I know that you are furious but don't you think that spending more money than this is worth it for a garbage sword?" The young man beside the elderly looking man said.
This situation might seem odd as the elderly person seems very strong but after hearing what the young man has to say, he immediately calmed down.

The young boy looked like he was 14 years old and he has long black hair falling down to his waist and sharp sword like eyebrows, calling him handsome would be an understatement. This boy was none other than the holy son of the Heavenly Sword sect, one of the 7 most powerful holy lands in this realm.
"Ohh, and why is that so? I don't seem to see anything special in that sword?" The holy son spoke again.
"That sword resembled one of the swords that the previous leader was using. But, I can't be sure as the color of the sword is different from what I remember." The elder scratched his hair as he was also not confident in his words.
"Then isn't it better to safe more of our gold to get 'that' treasure as many of the other vips will definitely bid for it. I will limit your spending to a million gold. Not a single gold more, are you satisfied now?" The boy said to the elder with a smile on his face
"Yes holy son." The elder said as sweat was dripping on his forehead.
Technically speaking the elder is much stronger than the holy son. However, as the Holy son awakened a low tier Heaven Grade talent, he was set in stone to be the next patriarch.

"1 million gold coin!!! KID LET ME TELL YOU, STOP BIDDING AND GIVE FACE TO THE HEAVENLY SWORD SECT!" an elderly man came out from the VIP room and yelled at Zhang Kai
The people on the auction hall was terrified hearing the name of the sect and someone actually recognized the elderly man.
"No way! It is the 7th elder of The Heavenly Sword sect, it is rumored that his cultivation is already at the venerable realm"

The auction hall became silent once again as it is rare to come across such a powerful expert and they don't want to offend the old man. But, who is Zhang Kai? He is the brain dead arrogant protagonist that is not scared of anything other than his soon to be harem. So, he replied.
"Old man, isn't this the rule of an auction? Whoever has more money will get the item, isn't that right auctioneer?" Zhang Kai replied to the old man and he gestured to the lady on the stage.
The lady on the stage was really excited at the moment because the odd sword that she thought would not be sold is already at 1 million gold, but she as an experienced auctioneer just gave a smile and replied to Zhang Kai "That is correct."
The auctioneer lady also know that the elder would not do anything in this auction house as this auction house is owned by another one of the 7 sects, the Azure Cloud Sect.
"Then I don't see the reason to stop bidding for the sword right? 1million 10 thousand gold." Zhang Kai once again bid for the sword
"Kid don't forget that I have warned you. The wrath of our heavenly sword sect is not something you could handle. HMPH!" The elderly man returned to his room as he know that there is no benefit of him going rampage on this auction house.
Seeing that the situation has calmed down, the auctioneer said "1 million 10 thousand gold going once, going twice...."
As she was about to say going twice, another voice came from one of the vip rooms "2 million!"
The people in the hall became surprised once again as that vip room has not bid on anything in this auction. (Jeez I am sorry readers, I could not count how many times I type in this sentence on this chapter -.-)
Hearing the words of the vip, Jin Ling once again to Zhang Kai "Zhang Kai, adding all your techniques and artifacts I have, you will have more than 2.5 million gold. Hurry and bid again."

The auctioneer lady was considering the situation and asked the bidder "Young man, do you have any proof of the money? If we found out that you are bullsh*ting, you will die!"
Zhang Kai as if he was prepared for the situation took out all of his techniques one by one and he hand it over to a staff where it could be checked.
After the techniques were verified to be real, the auctioneer lady said "Young Master Zhang, I apologized for threatening you but this is just a protocol of the auction house. Your techniques have been appraised and we estimate it to be worth 2.6 million gold."
"Yes I understand, now could you give me my sword? I am already tired and want to leave as fast as I could." Zhang Kai said with an annoyed look on his face.
Before the auctioneer can say anything, a voice from the vip room comes again "10 million gold."
Everyone. Including Zhang Kai and the people from the other 9 vip rooms were shocked to hear such a number, as not just anyone could get 10 million gold.
"Sold to the gentlemen from the vip room." The auction lady said immediately
"Lady waitt!, give me some time and I could get even more money. I- I will even double it so please help me this one time." Zhang Kai shamelessly said as this sword was his opportunity and he will not let anyone else have it
"Are you not the person who said the rule of the auction? Let me remind you in case you forget. The one who have money is the one who gets the item." the vip said again.
"THATS RIGHT ZHANG KAI" Zhang Fei said as he was really happy to see Zhang Kai being scolded
To add insult to injury, the auction lady also said "If young master Zhang have no more money then I hope you not to interfere with the auction otherwise our guard will escort you out."
Zhang Kai became silent as he sat down and clenched his fist until blood drips out of it.
