Liu parked the vehicle alongside the project department located on the construction site. Exiting the car, they noticed a small white car parked next to them. Liu Hongfu recognized this as the car belonging to Sun Yuejin, the contractor responsible for the construction site. He inferred that Sun Yuejin was likely inside the project department.
