Capítulo 8: Red eyed goats
Getting out of his cousins capsule Wyatt stretched his body before heading towards the kitchen.
Walking downstairs he peeked his head into the living room seeing his family around the tv watching what looked like a comedy movie.
"Hey Wyatt" an older man greeted him
"Hey uncle Eric" he smiled at the older gentleman
Of course, this man is Malcolms father and his aunts husband as well as the owner of the farm land. Due to farm work uncle Eric has always been very well built with his arms bulging from underneath his shirts which often looks funny due to his smaller stature being only 5'5.
With both his parents being 5'5 and 5'1 some would consider it a miracle that Malcolm grew to be over 6ft tall.
"How was the food stand today?" Wyatt asked Eric
Sigh " Honestly not the best people seem to be busy with that new game. Most of the city felt like a ghost town today" his uncle replied dejected
"Don't worry uncle I'm sure when the hype calms down people will be back to living normal lives" Wyatt reassured his uncle.
"haa I know don't worry anyways I heard you just tried this game so how was it?" his uncle question
"I still haven't left my starting town but so far I think its pretty fun, I plan to play a little more after eating dinner." Wyatt replied
After the brief conversation, Wyatt headed into the kitchen for food. Dinner was a simple meal of grilled fish and rice with some veggies on the side.
After spending another 30 minutes with his family/entertaining his little siblings Wyatt logged back into the game.
After logging in he jumped around the training area for a bit letting his body adjust to the game again before sitting down in the middle.
The first part of his plan is to learn how to control his lightning affinity. Channeling the lightning energy in his body proved to be much more difficult than wind due to the density of the lightning element. Roughly 15 minutes later Wyatt could be seen sweating still sitting on the ground very little progress had been made.
At this point, Wyatt could cover the tips of most of his fingers in his lightning element but whenever he experimented with going further into his arms it would cause a sharp stinging pain. Knowing mastering lightning would take a long time Wyatt Decided to focus on just his hands for the time being since that would be enough for him to purchase a couple of lighting skills from a shop before heading out to level.

2 hours later
"Phew"
Wyatt let his body fall back onto the ground letting himself rest a bit.
He had finally done it looking at both his hands covered in a sizzling yellow hue he smiled. Wyatt could now cover both hands with lightning after concentrating for 5 seconds although it wasn't fast it was enough for him to learn some basic skills. Washing his body with some water in one of the restrooms and getting a fresh pair of clothes Wyatt headed into town.
LIROS MAGIC GOODS
Finding the nearest general magic shop Wyatt headed inside.
"Welcome" an elderly lady greeted him as he entered.
"Hello I'm looking to buy a couple of element skill books" he greeted the older lady
"Well that's usually what people want in a magic shop" the elder giggled
"Anyway what are you looking for? anything specific?" she questioned
"Not really can you show me what you have for lightning and wind?" Wyatt inquired
"No problem just give me a second" she replied
Not long after Wyatt could be seen examining a few books in his hands"

Looking at the skills in front of him Wyatt could only afford the 3 lower rank skills with the coins his teacher gave him before leaving.
After purchasing the 3 skills Wyatt immediately chose to learn them.

After spending 40 of the 50 coins his teacher gave him Wyatt purchased a couple of small medical herbs before heading toward the library.
His plan was very simple he wanted to find some weaker animals that live near water in hopes of killing a large amount of them quickly and leveling up before his fight against the sword student.
After looking through a local map in the library for about 20 minutes Wyatt found what he was looking for.
[Red Eyed Mountain Goats]
A weak herbivore creature that lived beside the nearby blue crystal lake. Although weak individually they travel in large herds and are easily enraged when one of their own is killed leading to the deaths of many careless beginners.
Choosing his target Wyatt finally stepped outside the city for the first time.
The world of Primal Online was extremely beautiful with bright colors and lush plant life everywhere it wasn't surprising that many played the game just for the beauty.

It took Wyatt 40 minutes to arrive at the nearby lake.
After arriving, Wyatt took a second to admire the beautiful water before focusing on finding his target. The red eyed goats live at the edge of Moltic forest which right next to the lake. The reason they live on the edge is that the further you travel inwards there are much more dangerous monsters such as wolves, coyotes, and sometimes orcs.
It didn't take long for Wyatt to find his first herd of goats walking around the fields outside the forest. Wyatts plan involved quickly killing one goat before sprinting away into the lake while the others chased him, he hoped that shocking the water would be enough of an obstacle that he could then kill the goats from a distance with his chakrams.
He had already read the basics about red eyed mountain goats and knew that his base speed was no match for them so instead he camped up on a tree near the edge of the forest waiting for the right victim.
Not long after Wyatts best hope came true as a young goat wandered further away from the herd arriving near Wyatt.
Watching the goat slow down and find a patch of grass to eat Wyatt slowly covered his legs with wind mana while also covering his two chakrams with electricity once the young goat settled down it was time to strike.
