Alex looked at this rich panel and didn't know what to choose. Firstly attack abilities were out since Alex already had them and will get many more in future.But space movement abilities at S level were very rare and unique .Now the dilemma was between other two.
Portal was more versatile and had more capacity but teleport is more elusive, faster to activate. What's more teleport can be repeatedly spammed in a battle as it has a very short activation period of nano second.
Ultimately Alex chose teleport which was better suited for his combat style.
